WEBINAR

At SenseSelfEssence Sacred School we offer the opportunity to our adepts to attend most of our classes through webinars. A webinar is a seminar conducted over the internet. If you are interested to participate in our courses, workshops or seminars you can do it even if you live at the other side of the world. Please check whether if the program that you are interested in is available 'online' and the only thing you have to do is to send us an email to senseselfessence[at]gmail.com mentioning your name and the title of the program, and we will get back to you with guidelines and instructions of how to proceed. Many of our students use the webinar option and they connect online with us during the event or they watch the event afterwards in their free time. So go ahead, give it a try. If you have any questions, we are here to assist you.

Preparation before the online sessions/webinars:

​

- Wear comfortable clothes and remove socks and extra layers when practicing

- Avoid the consumption of food at least 2 hours before the session
- Choose a quiet space where you are able to practice uninterruptedly
- Make sure you have a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket

- Keep yourself warm during the relaxation and meditation phase at the end of the class
