SenseSelfEssence MEDITATION is a signature class created by Christina, combining a range of practices, methods and tools in order to offer a holistic experience and a deep understanding of one's consciousness. This is a practice that trains your awareness and teaches you how to gain control over your mind. This unique experience in designed and offered in a heart-centered space alongside Christina's ability to intuitively guide and offer her teachings in the most proper and aligned way for the students.
Who is it for?
It's for the individual who wishes to learn how to control their mind, become more mindful and aware regarding their thoughts and emotions. It's also for those who wish to re-connect with their true Self, become more aware about who they truly are, and understand how the mind can actually shape their reality.
